About Us

In 1974, Bob and Wendy Smith answered an ad for a custodial position at a small church. Out of that was born Smith & Sons Cleaning and Lawn Service. Over the next 30+ years, the business grew, had several name changes and added services. Sadly, Bob passed away in 2008 but son Steve continued running the company as CEO.

In 2017, Bob and Wendy's grandson, Jacob joined S&S Cleaning and Maintenance Services as CFO working alongside his dad, Steve. Together, they continue to provide high quality commercial cleaning and maintenance services along with pressure washing and lawn care services keeping alive and expanding the vision set by Bob and Wendy.
